Norma L. (Babineau) Stanley, 81, of Westport, formerly of New Bedford, passed away at home on Sunday April 7, 2024.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph Albert and Priscilla Irene (Weeks) Babineau, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life before moving to Westport last year.

Norma enjoyed doing arts and crafts and attending her day programs.

She is survived by her grandson, David B. Bernier, II; and her brother, Albert Babineau and his wife Diane.

She was predeceased by her daughter Patti Stanley.

Her graveside service will be held on Thursday May 30th at 10 AM at Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven, where she will be laid to rest with her daughter Patti.  Arrangements are by the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
