Pamela A. Burt, 72, of New Bedford passed away Monday November 11, 2024 after a brief illness.

Born in Acushnet, the daughter of the late Richard Seely Burt and Elva Faye (Morse) Burt, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.  She was a graduate of New Bedford High School, Class of 1970, and Fisher Junior College with an Associate's degree in Accounting.

Pam was formerly employed as a clerical supervisor at various local companies until her retirement.  She had also been a bartender at several area establishments.

She had been a member of the Golden Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps.  She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by five brothers, Richard Burt, Jr., William Burt, David Burt, Chris Burt, and Rodney Burt; her sister, Patrica Kubik; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and her precious cat, Lennon.

She was predeceased by her brother, Alan Burt.
