Patti M. (Reilly) O'Brien, 59, of Dartmouth passed away at home on Thursday June 27, 2024 after a brief illness.

Born in Beverly, the daughter of the late Richard J. and June D. (O'Dell) Reilly, she lived in Dartmouth for most of her life. She was a graduate of Dartmouth High School.

Patti was formerly employed at St. Luke's Hospital as a food service supervisor. She was an experienced chef who later expanded into private catering.

She was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Dartmouth, where she was a volunteer for many parish activities. She was a fun-loving individual, who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and she loved to sing.

She is survived by her sons, Sean W. O'Brien and Joshua R. O'Brien; her longtime partner, Debra A. Silvia; her former husband, William O'Brien, Jr.; her siblings, Joseph Reilly and his wife Diane, Coleen Reilly, Linda Reilly, and James Reilly and his wife Jessica; her stepchildren, Kaitlin Samanica and Taylor Bizarro; her grandchildren, Hailey Bizarro, Arya Bizarro, and Jonathan Samanica; her brother-in-law, John Kennedy; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her devoted Seeing Eye dog, Pammy.

She was predeceased by her sister, Karen J. Kennedy.

Her Requiem Eucharist will be held on Tuesday July 2nd at 11 AM at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 351 Elm St., Dartmouth.
