Paul M. Cook, 78 of New Bedford died April 23, 2017 at home after a long illness.
He was the husband of the late Janice M. (Thayer) Cook.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Morris H. and Veronica (Hogan) Cook, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
Mr. Cook was formerly employed as a maintenance man at Brandon Woods of New Bedford for many years until his retirement.
He enjoyed working with his tools, building toy models and the company of his cats.
Survivors include his 3 daughters, Paula Cundiff and her husband James Cundiff, Jr. of New Bedford, Patricia Cook-Gonzalez of Texas and Robin Cook of Cape Cod; 2 step-daughters, Cynthia Durette and her husband Daniel of New Bedford and Nancy Paquet and her husband Thomas of Fall River; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
His Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, May 20th at 10 AM in St. Mary's Cemetery.
