Pauline S. (Centeio) Ramos, 89, of New Bedford passed away Saturday November 19, 2022 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Antone Ramos, Jr.

Born in Nantucket, the daughter of the late Paul F. and Dorothy M. (Monteiro) Centeio, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.

Pauline was a lively person who was always full of fun. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her children, Paul A. Ramos and Linda Ramos, both of New Bedford; her siblings, Diana B. Duarte, and Gregory P. Centeio and his wife Joyce, all of New Bedford, Jacqueline Centeio of Maryland, and John F. Centeio and his wife Marlene of Texas; her brother-in-law, David D. Reis; her grandchildren, Jaymie, Mark, Jason, Kendyll, and Alana; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Philip Ramos and Alan Ramos, and the sister of the late Irene N. Reis and Catherine Nunes.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday November 25th at 12 Noon at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery.
