Regina Perry, 83, of Fairhaven died April 19, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Joseph A. and Candida (Lopes) Perry, she lived in Fairhaven most of her life.
She was a member of the International Church of the Nazarene.
Regina was formerly employed by Acushnet Company for many years until her retirement.
She enjoyed knitting and saving postcards.
Survivors include 4 sisters, Adelina Baptista, and her husband Joe, and Ella Perry, all of Fairhaven, Anna Perry of New Bedford and Florence Brown, and her husband Bill, of Maryland; a brother, Henry Perry, and his wife Henny, of Germany; several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Edwin Perry, Entenor Perry, Arthur Perry and Vasco Perry.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 22nd at 9 AM in the International Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow in the Acushnet Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday, April 21st from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
