Robert W. Tracy, 82, of Dartmouth died April 7, 2018 at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
He was the husband of Patricia A. (Squires) Tracy.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Lillian (Barreteau) Pacheco and step-son of the late Antone Pacheco, he lived in New Bedford before moving to Dartmouth 28 years ago.
He was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church.
He was formerly employed as a salesman Cains Foods, Gourmet Awards and Home Depot.
He enjoyed duck hunting.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; 3 sons, Richard W. Tracy and his wife Judy of Dublin, NH, Ronald W. Tracy of Dartmouth and Ryan W. Tracy of East Providence, RI; a daughter, Kim Ann Tracy of Bristol, RI; 2 sisters, Mildred Romanowicz and Linda Pacheco, both of New Bedford; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
His Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 18th at 11 AM in St. Julie Billiart Church. Arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
