He also operated Captain Sea J's in Somerset, MA prior to retirement. His hard work ethic and commitment were evident throughout his professional life.

Roger cherished moments spent with his family. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Roger was an avid Boston sports fan, particularly for his beloved Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and found joy attending their games and activities. He will be remembered by his children for his minute-by-minute planning of their 1992 Disney trip. Roger and his wife Cindy enjoyed weekend getaways together to Jackson and North Conway, NH. Later in life, Roger also enjoyed an occasional game of golf.
