Rosemarie Kodis

Rosemarie (Camboia) Kodis, 67, of New Bedford died December 1, 2025 unexpectedly at home.
She was the wife of Peter W. Kodis, III.

Born in Fenais Da Ajuda, Sao Miguel, Azores, daughter of the late Harcio D. and Elisabete M. (deMelo) Camboia, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.

She was formerly employed as a stitcher in the textile mills before working at Sears and retiring from Walmart in Fairhaven.

Rosemarie enjoyed gardening and decorating her home.

Survivors include her husband Peter; a daughter, Alexandra Kodis of New Bedford; and a son, Harrison Kodis of Mattapoisett.

Her funeral service will be private.
