Roxanne L. Fletcher, 64, of New Bedford died Thursday, November 6, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.

Born in New Bedford, daughter of Norman D. Fletcher and Madonna (Adriano) Santiago, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.

Roxanne was formerly employed at the Brockton VA Hospital for many years until her retirement.

She enjoyed motorcycles and her time with the old school bikes. She also enjoyed her time spent with her 3 animals, Brody, Logan and Bailey

Survivors include 2 daughters, Stephanie Fletcher and her boyfriend Eddie Hernandez and Amanda Fletcher, all of New Bedford; 2 brothers, Todd Santiago of Marshall, MI and Keith Fletcher of East Freetown; 2 sisters, Susan Sylvia and Dawn Santiago, both of New Bedford; 3 grandchildren, Landyn, Layne and Leia; her step-mother, Valerie Fletcher of Freetown; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Maurice Santiago and Robin Santiago and the step-daughter of the late John Santiago and his wife Martha Santiago.

Her visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 12th from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
