Sharyn E. Cabral-Fortes, 56, of New Bedford passed away Tuesday April 28, 2020 after a brief illness.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Valentino G. and Elizabeth A. (Lopes) Cabral, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.

Sharyn was a pharmacy technician, previously at Rite Aid in Somerset and currently working at Walgreen's in New Bedford.

She was a graduate of New Bedford High School and later received her certificate as a pharmacy technician.

She was very fun-loving, with a good sense of humor. She loved children and animals.

She is survived by her parents, Betty and Val; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
