Shirley A. (Shorey) Loureiro, 55, of Acushnet died July 6, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Larry and Kathleen (Connick) Loureiro, she lived in New Bedford before moving to Acushnet in 1980.
Survivors include her 2 daughters, Crystal Lagasse of New Bedford and April Loureiro-Lagasse and her boyfriend Jeremy Fields of Dartmouth; 2 brothers, Arthur Shorey, Jr. of New Bedford and Melvin Shorey of Acushnet; 2 grandchildren, Kaleb and Khaia; several nephews and cousins including her caregiver Lisa Amaral.

Her Visiting hours will be held on Monday, July 14th from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
