Shirley M. (Bleach) Santos, 76, of New Bedford died Monday July 4, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late Wilmer and Agnes (France) Bleach, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.

Survivors include five children, Frank C. Santos, Daniel J. Santos, Corinna M. Carpenter, Michael A. Santos, and Troy A. Santos all of New Bedford; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Visiting hours Thursday 9-11 AM prior to the service. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. For directions and guestbook, please visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
