Tammy L. Hebert, 55, of New Bedford, died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

Born in Middleborough, daughter of John J. Hebert and Sandra (Ferreira) Flood, she lived in Middleborough most of her life before moving to New Bedford.

Survivors include her parents; her children, Dr. Tara Jean Slivinski and her husband Adam Chute, and David Michael and his wife Christine; her sisters, Lisa Hebert and Paula Bragga; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
