Taylease M. Pina, 37, of Braintree died unexpectedly at Carney Hospital.
Born in Wareham, the daughter of Marie "Mary" Pina Ocano of New Bedford and George "Sonny" Miranda of Falmouth, she lived in New Bedford before moving to Braintree.
She was a member of Jubilee Church in Boston.
Taylease was a volunteer for Treatment on Demand.
She was a loving devoted mother and a friend to many. Her family would like to thank the ICU at Carney Hospital for their help and compassion during Taylease's stay at the hospital.
Survivors include her parents; her step-father, Abilio DeMiranda, Jr. of Wareham; a son, Teigan Pina of Braintree; 2 daughters, Ciara Pina of Braintree and Royelle Thimas of Boston; her companion, Robert Hargett, Jr. of Boston; a brother, Anthony Pina of New Bedford; several step-brothers and step-sisters; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 21st at 9:30 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Wareham. Visiting hours Friday, April 20th from 4-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Taylease "Lisa" Pina Memorial Fund to benefit her children, c/o Barbara Lee Sherman, 41 Tom Lee Dr., North Smithfield, RI 02896-9594.
