Therese Y. (Laplante) Hebert, 81, of Fairhaven died January 8, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Farnham, Quebec the daughter of the late Adelard and Aurore (Messier) Laplante, she lived in New Bedford and Fairhaven most of her life.
She was a member of New Life Pentecostal Church.
Mrs. Hebert was formerly employed as a licensed practical nurse at St. Luke's Hospital for many years until her retirement.
She was an avid crafter.
Survivors include a son, Morris Hebert of Massachusetts; 2 daughters, Mary Hebert of St. Louis and Michele Bissonnette and her husband Barry of Mattapoisett; 2 grandchildren, Kristen and Scott.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Our Lady's Haven, 71 Center St. Fairhaven, MA 02719.
Her Funeral Services will be private.
