Thomas A. Daher, Jr., 75, of New Bedford died May 8, 2004 at St. Luke's Hospital unexpectedly.

He was the son of the late Thomas and Eva (Coury) Daher.

Mr. Daher was born in New Bedford and lived in New Bedford all of his life.

He was a communicant of Our Lady of Purgatory Church and attended daily Mass at Our Lady's Chapel.

Mr. Daher was formerly employed by the Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket Steamship Authority for many years until his retirement.

Survivors include 2 brothers, Joseph Daher, and his wife Alice, and Eugene Daher, all of New Bedford; 2 sisters, Sophie Daher and Beatrice Howe, both of New Bedford; several nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Mary Watkins, Josephine Roda, Margaret Sylvia, George Daher, Louis Daher and Peter Daher.

Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New BedfordTuesday, May 11th at 9 AM.Divine Liturgy at Our Lady of Purgatory Church at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Visiting hours Monday, May 10th from 6-8 PM.

Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
