Walter A. Connor, 80 of New Bedford died April 30, 2020 at home.
Born in New Bedford, son of the late Joseph J. and Tessie M. (Draus) Connor, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
He was formerly employed as a tower operator for Amtrak for many years until his retirement.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include 2 sisters, Barbara A. Reed of Chapel Hill, NC and Joann S. Conti of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Roy J. Connor.
