Wanda Ociesa, 88, of New Bedford died August 4, 2007 at Sacred Heart Home after a long illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Stanley and Agnes (Nikoydan) Ociesa, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Survivors include a brother, Stanley R. Ociesa and his wife Therese of New Bedford; a sister-in-law, Sally Ociesa, of Dartmouth; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Charles Ociesa, Josephine K. Johnson, Marianne Ociesa, and Nellie Girouard.
