William M. Bassett, 46, of New Bedford died Wednesday December 10, 2003. He was the husband of Manuela Gonsalves Nogueira Bassett.

Born in Boston, the son of the late Irving and Dolores (Silva) Bassett, he lived in Brockton before moving to New Bedford in 1991.

Survivors include his wife; 3 brothers, Michael, Win, and Terry; and 3 sisters, Bernadette, Connie, and Suzie.

His Funeral Service will be private.
