William Henderson, 90, of Acushnet died January 21, 2018 peacefully at Care One after a long illness.
He was the husband of Madeline L. (Galligo) Henderson.
Born in Moosup, CT, the son of the late John and Mary (Cleminson) Henderson.
Mr. Henderson was formerly employed as a supervisor of legislative reporting service for the National Highway Users Conference.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; a stepdaughter; Linda L. Rosario and her husband Joe of New Bedford; and 2 grandchildren, Nicholas Rosario and his wife Katie and Kevin Rosario; and a great-granddaughter, Aria.
He was the step-father of the late Jeffrey T. Haslam.
