Xavier James Kennedy, 24, of New Bedford passed away suddenly on Friday April 18, 2025.

Born in Bangor, Maine, he lived in Wareham and New Bedford for most of his life.

He is survived by his son, Legend Kennedy; his mother, Misty Taylor; his father, Jayson M. Kennedy; his brother, Gabriel Pomerleau; his grandfather, John T. Kennedy; his grandmother, Cilla Masse; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandmother, Karen J. (Reilly) Kennedy.

His visitation will be held on Friday May 2nd from 11 AM - 12 Noon at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by his funeral service at 12 Noon.
