Yvonne M. (Berube), formerly Dube, Macedo, 84, of Berkley, MA, entered God's Kingdom on Monday, December 2, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Yvonne was born and raised in New Bedford, MA, where she lived most of her life and raised her six children. Yvonne devoted her life to her children, grandchildren and so many others. Known for her selflessness, Yvonne went above and beyond for those around her. She met her loving husband of 31 years John Macedo of Macedo's Travel. To enjoy retirement, Yvonne and John moved to Largo, Florida and had many happy years together. During that time Yvonne became a devoted member of The Living Church of God where she found her second family. Her love of God prevailed above all else as she dedicated her spare time to studying the Bible and praying for others.

Yvonne was a loving wife to the late John M. Macedo and a wonderful mother to the late Michael DeMedeiros. She is survived by her children Lisa and her husband Robert Neves of Berkley, Roger Dube of Dartmouth, Andrew Dube of Port Richey, FL, Mathew Dube and Trisha Souza of New Bedford, and Keith Dube of New Bedford. She is the beloved grandmother of James Hutchinson, Kimberly Neves, Tabbetha Dube, Evan Dube, and Olivia Dube and a great-grandmother of four.

Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 9, 2024 at 11:00 am in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
